We require a non-refundable deposit of US$50 to secure your appointment. The deposit is included in the total balance. Balance is to be paid in cash, cashapp or Zelle. If the payment page doesn't show, please send a deposit to the Cash App number +1 (240) 817-6458 (Rosine Youmbi), & Zelle. Your deposit will ONLY be refunded if we cancel your appointment or an error occurs on our end.
If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, your deposit can be used for a future appointment slot.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your hair, bring it up before you leave the seat! Any concerns must be addressed within 24 hours of installation.

No-show appointments will be charged the full price of the cost of the service and may not be allowed to book with us in the future. Hair Preparation & Service Rules: Your hair must be 4" (inches) long, washed, and blown dry straight before service. No oils in your hair. Styles can not be changed on the day of your appointment. Do not book for a full service if you are getting a touch-up.
